AAWGA Club Representative
Club Representatives shall be responsible for promoting interest and participation in the AAWGA among their club’s members. They will collect dues from their WGA and individual members. They will maintain an accurate and up to date list of their AAWGA members with contact info.
Club Representatives shall be responsible for providing information about upcoming monthly AAWGA play days and tournaments to their members. They will collect and submit entry fees and the names and handicap indices of entrants to the host Club Representative or Tournament Chair. It is the responsibility of the Club Representative to use the handicap index valid two weeks prior to the event.
After monthly play days, the Club Representative will submit their club’s Inter-Club Competition (ICC) two best scores gross and net to the ICC representative (Immediate Past President), if their club is participating in the ICC. Each member club can choose to participate or can choose not to participate. Once per year, it will be the responsibility of the Club Representatives to host an AAWGA play day or AAWGA tournament (on a rotating basis).
