AAWGA Secretary

By Laws Article V.  Sec. 4:  The Secretary shall keep the written records of the Association which shall include recorded minutes for all meetings of the Association, its Board and Committees and shall provide secretarial support to the Association.

Under the direction of the President, the secretary shall purchase and prepare notebooks with updated documents for the Officers and Representatives at the January organization meeting.  (List of documents outlined under “President’s Duties”.)

With the President’s help shall maintain list of Significant Rulings changes and add changes to the list and send a copy to all Officers and Representatives.

Prepare a year-end report with suggestions for the President and present the report at or before the final meeting of the year.
